Pick a sport first (football, basketball, or American football), then search for a player and select them from the dropdown. You'll get colored feedback across 8 sport-specific dimensions. Use this feedback to narrow down your guesses. You have 6 attempts to find the mystery player.
🟩 Green means an exact match. 🟨 Yellow means you're close (same country for league, same league for club, same continent for nationality, same position group, or within threshold for numbers). ⬜ Gray means no match.
A new mystery player is available every day at midnight UTC. Each day brings a fresh challenge!
Currently, you can only play today's puzzle. We're considering adding an archive feature in the future.
We currently include players from football, NBA basketball, and NFL American football pools. The lists are curated for recognizability and balanced daily difficulty.
Numeric thresholds depend on the selected sport and dimension. Age and experience are usually within ±2 for yellow, while height and jersey thresholds vary by sport. Arrows (↑↓) indicate if you need to guess higher or lower.
After completing the game (win or lose), click the 'Share' button to copy your colored grid to clipboard. You can then paste it on social media to show your friends!

The daily player is selected using a deterministic algorithm based on the date, ensuring everyone gets the same player each day while maintaining variety and appropriate difficulty.
